- The Allegheny Trail Alliance: The ATA is the name given to an association of Rails-to-Trails groups formed in November 1995. The purpose of the association is to coordinate the efforts of those groups engaged in constructing the Pittsburgh, PA to Cumberland, MD trail. See their links page for member trail organizations.
